A man accused of inciting an autistic boy to give oral sex in cafe toilets on Christmas Eve has been found guilty.

Zafer Dinc, 40, of Gibraltar Crescent in Epsom, was found guilty by a jury today of inciting the 14-year-old to engage in sexual activity.

Dinc had denied the charges, which were said to have happened in the toilets of the Manor Cafe in New Malden, which Dinc owned, on Christmas Eve 2014.

The boy’s mother had broken down in tears during the trial last week as she told the court that her son had returned home from carol singing before visiting the cafe that evening.

She said that her son told her that he had “sucked his dick and kissed him” in the cafe toilets after he had asked Dinc if he could go to the loo.

His mother told the court Mr Dinc had previously blown kisses at her and son which she had thought was “weird”, as well as telling her son that he thought he was “17 and a girl”.

A jury had retired on Thursday and returned with their verdict this afternoon.

Dinc will be sentenced at Kingston Crown Court on September 26.
