Nov. 10Honey Brook Senior Citizens: will meet on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 11:45 a.m. in Honey Brook Presbyterian Church. Each person is asked to bring a covered dish. The program will feature fun and games. All senior citizens are invited to attend and bring a friend. All meetings are held the second Thursday of the month.

The Low Vision Support Group: which participates with the National Macular Degeneration Support Group, will discuss the latest developments in research and treatment of macular degeneration and glaucoma with Dr. Strybos, OD, Owens Optimetric, on Nov. 10, at 3 p.m. in the Garden South Conference Room, Lower Level, at Garden Spot Village, 433 S. Nov. 12 SRGA TrailKeepers: will hold a workday on the Thun Trail on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 9 a.m. Meet at Morlatton Village, 31 Old Philadelphia Pike, Douglassville. Work to be done includes trash pickup, fence repair, bollard painting, brush clearing and dead tree removal. Rain date will be Sunday, Nov. 13. St. Paul’s Annual Turkey Dinner: Annual family style turkey dinner on Nov. 12, featuring homemade potato filing, gravy, peas, corn, cranberry sauce, hot and cold drinks and an assortment of delicious desserts. Christmas Bazaar and Merchant Fair: St. Mark’s Episcopal Church at 1040 Chestnut Tree Road in Honey Brook is holding its bazaar on Saturday, Nov .12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The many items for young children include cloth books, colorful knitted hats and mittens. Crocheted doll dresses and unique animals such as turtles and ducks will also available. There will also be scented and unscented soaps, colorful hair ties and bracelets, Knitted scarves, including the popular infinity scarves, and hand-made . There is also a raffle and a white elephant table.

Satoyama Homestead: 271 Laurel Road in Elverson, hosts an emergency kit building workshop on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 1-3 p.m. Participants will learn emergency preparedness tips and build a 5-gallon bucket starter kit.
