In a shocking incident, a cruel father has been arrested after he was caught on camera kicking his toddler son, who was unable to stand on a snowy path. A witness in Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan, had filmed the incident from a window.

The video shows the father in bulky winter clothes forcefully kicking his son who struggled to stand up in the icy path. The child, as seen in the video, lies motionless on the ground after failing to stand. It is at that point when the father kicks him forcefully and then drags him to his feet to continue their journey.

Local media reported that the father has been arrested after the video went viral on social media. An investigation is underway.

According to witnesses, the little boy had been throwing tantrums before the video was shot. But social media users are fuming over the video and called him a terrible father. Several social media users even said that the person recording the video should have gone and saved the child.

"the people watching should have gone over and done the same to the thug.or did they just watch," Twitter user Jacqueline Gibbons-P‏ said.

"Who was filming this,,,? They just watched and didn't stop him?" user M Smile tweeted.

"What a f**kin animal! Could this creature be called a father? Unbelieveble cruelty..."

In a similar incident in October, a mother was criticised for dragging her child on the streets in Liverpool. The video showing the mother pulling her child using the leash of its harness had gone viral on social media with several users criticising the mother for the act.

However, the mother responded to the criticism and said people should ask before judging.

"My son has autism, he has meltdowns and throws himself on the floor. What I am doing in that video is the only way I can move him. He does it all the time and won't get up or let me pick him up. He just drops to the floor like a sack of spuds," ECHO had quoted the mother as saying.
