The mum-of-three shared a video of herself sitting on a train looking out of the window with her Instagram followers. The Blackpool-born star wrote: "Just almost booked a flight whilst sitting on a train then realised I can't just keep flying away when things get too much in my head.

After leaving the train, the model and autism campaigner took to the platform to update her followers once again. Speaking to the camera, she explained how she almost broke down in tears on the carriage.

She said: "So, i've just honestly nearly started crying on the train - look at the state of me. I'm not the best at travelling. The train just stopped in a tunnel forever, I couldn't breathe.

"I actually couldn't breathe, I'm so happy I'm off it. Honestly, this last month - it's apparently the moon or something messing with my head and then that clock this morning that changed, that threw my whole day."
