JAY MOHR to Headline Fullerton Cares ‘Comedy Show for Autism’ - October 19

FULLERTON, Calif., Aug. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- With new headliner JAY MOHR, the Fullerton Cares ‘Comedy Show for Autism’ in support of Fullerton autism charities and special education programs will be at the Historic Fox Theatre, 512 North Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, Friday, October 19, 2018, with pre-show reception next door at Angelo & Vinci's at 6 p.m. and show from 8-11 p.m. [Tickets: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/comedy-show-for-autism-2018-tickets-49072363761]

The 21+ benefit comedy show will be held in the Historic Fox Theater, featuring JAY MOHR, an actor, comedian and radio host known for his roles in Saturday Night Live, Jerry Maguire, Ghost Whisperer, Gary Unmarried, and Suicide Kings.

Joining Mohr is actress and comedian ERICA RHODES, and additional comics KEITH REZA, AMIR K, returning host for his sixth year, GEORGE PEREZ, and special guest SHANNON PENROD of the “Autism Mamalogues.”

Says comic Keith Reza, “I am a person with autism and participate in this event every year Fullerton Cares holds it. I think it’s a wonderful cause that makes me feel like all of our community comes together for the brightest futures for people with autism.”

Past Comedy Show for Autism events have hosted over 500 attendees and featured nationally headlining comics ANDY DICK, TOM GREEN, JIM JEFFERIES, CARLOS MENCIA, GEORGE PEREZ, and BRAD WILLIAMS.
